• Independent order placement is only available for users over 18 years old; minors under 18 need legal guardian consent to purchase;
• You guarantee that all information submitted during registration and order placement is true, legal and effective.

2. Order & Trading Rules

• All commodity prices are marked in US dollars, excluding international import tariffs and local consumption taxes borne by the buyer;
• We reserve the right to adjust commodity prices and promotional activities without prior notice;
• Orders that have entered packaging and delivery arrangement cannot be cancelled arbitrarily by customers.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All texts, pictures, product designs, logos and graphic works on the perlercraft website are protected by international copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction and commercial reprinting are prohibited.

4. Prohibited User Behaviors

• It is forbidden to use this website for fraud, malicious refund, illegal transaction and other illegal acts;

• Violators will be restricted from shopping and blacklisted by our store.

5. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, customs detention and global logistics interruption;

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, litigation shall be initiated at the people's court where our company is registered.
