• Free global shipping: Orders with a total amount of USD 35 and above enjoy free standard international shipping;
• Orders less than USD 35 will charge unified international freight according to the destination country.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Order processing period: 1-3 working days for sorting, inspection and packaging;
• North America (USA, Canada): 7-15 working days;
• Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 working days;
• Other global regions: 15-30 working days;
• Holiday peak season and customs inspection may lead to uncontrollable delivery delays.

After delivery, the official logistics tracking number will be sent to your reserved email address, and you can check the real-time transportation status online.

5. Lost & Damaged Package Solution

• Packages officially confirmed lost by logistics companies: free reshipment or full refund;
