Refund & Return Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility Period

We provide a 30-day return & refund period calculated from the official delivery date of your package. You must submit your after-sales application to hello@perlercraft.com within 30 calendar days to qualify for return, exchange or refund services.

2. Qualified Return Conditions

• Unopened, intact and complete perler bead kits support full refund or free exchange;
• Products damaged or missing accessories during logistics transportation: provide clear photos & video evidence, we offer free reshipment or partial refund;
• Products with confirmed factory quality defects support full refund or free replacement.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Opened loose beads, partial beads, finished handmade crafts are not eligible for return;
• Damage caused by improper ironing, personal operational errors and incorrect production styles cannot apply for after-sales;
• Personal aesthetic dissatisfaction, wrong orders placed by customers are not valid refund reasons;
• Custom personalized finished handicrafts are permanently non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Refund Processing Rules

• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days;
• Return shipping fees for customer voluntary returns shall be borne by customers; reshipment fees for logistics damage are fully undertaken by our company;
• We reserve the right to reject unreasonable, malicious refund applications.

5. Special Safety Statement

Our perler bead products contain small parts, only suitable for users aged 8 and above. Safety accidents caused by improper use shall not be included in our after-sales scope.
